Beer Institute Releases Domestic Tax Paid Estimate

WASHINGTON, DC – Today the Beer Institute published an unofficial estimate of domestic tax paid by beer brewers:

The May 2014 domestic tax paid estimate is 16,000,000 barrels.  May 2013 removals were 16,320,000 (revised) for a decrease of -2.0 percent.

Please note the following monthly revisions from previous releases for 2013 and 2014:
