Amanda Gleason has 18 years of experience in the Beer industry, 16 of those with Constellation Brands. Throughout her career, she has taken on many different roles within the Sales organization, including Category Management, National Accounts, Sales Operations / Strategy, and Distributor Management. Since January 2023, she has been leading one of Constellation Beer Division’s 5 geographic Sales regions, as Senior Vice President, Central Business Unit. Amanda is also honored to serve as co-Executive Sponsor for CBI’s StellarPRIDE Business Resource Group.
Amanda has a B.A. from Miami University of Ohio and an M.B.A. from DePaul University. She lives with her big, beautiful, blended family in Chicago, including her husband, two sons, one daughter, and two step-daughters.
Fun story I have from working in the beer industry was the time I wore a hot pink suit on stage to present our strategic sales initiatives. Going full Barbie mode (although, this was pre-Barbie movie) in what is still a male-dominated industry felt powerful (and it also just tickled me to depart from the standard grey or blue blazer attire norms). 😊
