Bradley Young, Head Brewer at Cape May Brewing Company, was honored with a Best in Brew Honors 2025 award.

Bradley Young has been the head brewer at Cape May Brewing Company (CMBC) for almost two years, working his way up the ranks since his arrival there seven years ago.

His dedication to excellence and contributions have not only elevated the organization but also set new standards for other breweries within the tri-state region. CMBC has won several awards under his leadership and brewing time.

Bradley is a forward thinker and constantly seeks improvements, including new innovations to the CMBC product line. He is a problem solver, leading his team on implementing them and still keeps thinking of ways to make things better.

He leads by example every day for his brewing team as well as all production team members. He is always willing to teach team members about his job, help others learn the beer-making process and have fun doing it.

At CMBC, he is an integral part of the full production unit in brewing, packaging and supplying the needs of the sales team.

Bradley is well respected by his team and all others at CMBC.

When CMBC recently lost a team member, he was one of five to quickly offer his help to cover the tasting room, so the team that worked most closely with this team member was able to attend the services. He was a pro behind the bar and was able to speak with customers about different beers as well as his own work, making great connections.
