Doug Heimos, Packing Manager at Anheuser-Busch, was honored with a Best in Brew Honors 2025 award.

Doug Heimos is a proud third-generation Anheuser-Busch employee, following in the footsteps of his father and great-grandfather.

Doug got his start with the company at Grant’s Farm in 2004 and began his brewery career in 2006. He has steadily grown his responsibilities at the St. Louis Brewery and later transferred to the Cartersville Brewery.

Doug oversees a large packaging team of 163 employees.

Anheuser-Busch’s best-in-class Technical Excellence Center (TEC) is part of the company’s longstanding commitment to American manufacturing. The TEC helps to address the national gap in technical skills by providing training that equips employees to advance their manufacturing careers.

Since opening its doors in 2022, the TEC has benefited more than 2,000 Anheuser-Busch employees. The company recently expanded this effort with the launch of a new Regional Excellence Center in Columbus, Ohio, ensuring that even more employees have access to training to advance their careers.
