FIFCO USA is home to iconic brands, such as Genesee, Labatt, Seagram’s Escapes and Lipton Hard Iced Tea, and has built a thriving contract manufacturing business that is a strong growth engine under Ellen Taberski’s leadership.

Ellen has been with FIFCO USA for nearly a decade and has led contract manufacturing for almost three years. In that time, she has transformed the function into a cornerstone of the business. Today, contract brewing represents roughly 25% of FIFCO USA’s total production, supporting well-known partners, including Happy Dad and Narragansett. Her ability to combine operational excellence with strategic foresight has positioned FIFCO USA as both a brand owner and a trusted partner to the fastest-growing names in the industry.

Her leadership is defined by innovation, problem-solving and collaboration. Ellen consistently finds creative solutions to complex challenges, from navigating the demands of fast-growing brands to improving processes that strengthen reliability and efficiency. She has been a strong advocate for new capabilities and improvements that better serve contract brewing partners while also building long-term relationships rooted in trust and transparency.

Ellen fosters collaboration across operations, finance and supply chain teams while mentoring her own high-performing group. She is known for going above and beyond expectations, delivering results that drive efficiency, profitability and mutual growth.

Beyond her professional role, Ellen embodies FIFCO USA’s purpose of “bringing a better way of living to the world.” In her personal life, she is passionate about health and wellness, combining science and supplementation to stay strong and energized. She is also an avid hiker, recently training to take on the iconic Tour du Mont Blanc in Europe — a challenge that reflects her dedication, perseverance and love of the outdoors.
