George joined Boston Beer in 1996 as region manager for New York, Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. He quickly rose through the ranks, serving as district manager for Illinois and Wisconsin and later as central division manager. In each role, George has demonstrated a remarkable ability to build and nurture key relationships, drive brand growth at the retail level and lead high-impact initiatives that have strengthened Boston Beer’s market position.
