Keith Miller, Director of Brewing Operations at F.X. Matt Brewing Co., was honored with a Best in Brew Honors 2025 award.

Keith started his brewing adventures at 18 years old and has dedicated his career to the F.X. Matt brewery and the brewing community at large for the last 38 years.

Starting off on the production floor, Keith quickly grew into brewing positions and into supervisory roles, ultimately becoming the director of brewing operations for the brewery. Keith is passionate about brewing quality and is dedicated to continuous improvement.

With the multitude of contract brewing partners F.X. Matt supports, he is sought after for his process, knowledge and experience delivering world-class products. Keith is thoughtful and engaged in understanding the science of brewing. His in-depth practical knowledge has driven positive results in quality, efficiency and safety.

He is an active participant in Master Brewers Association of the Americas (MBAA) classes and educational platforms. His seek-to-understand approach is key in identifying areas of improvement and then using that knowledge to help train and develop his team.
