Sara Goucher, Senior Director, eCommerce at Molson Coors Beverage Company, was honored with a Best in Brew Honors 2025 award.

Sara Goucher leads Molson Coors’ eCommerce sales team, or as she likes to call it, “Slingin’ Suds on the Internet.” Across B2B and B2C eCommerce, Sara’s leadership has enhanced the beverage-buying experience for distributors, retailers and consumers by driving beer occasions and growing Molson Coors’ non-alc business.

Over the last two years, Sara’s actions played a direct role in Molson Coors growing B2B eCom sales by nearly +10%. In addition, she led efforts to partner with platforms such as VIP and Encompass to enhance their B2B platforms.

She evolved the customer experience, brought stronger insights and strategies to distributors and elevated search functionality and access to content, all of which led distributors to recognize MC as the #1 supplier for B2B eCommerce in this year’s Tamarron survey.

On the B2C side, Molson Coors grew by over 20% from 2021 to 2024, and despite a tough year for the category this trend has continued through the first half of 2025.

Along with a clear ability to drive business results, Sara’s passion for beer and company culture is undeniable. She’s viewed as a trusted partner to distributors and major customers, and as a leader, she brings a no-nonsense, solution-focused approach to how she collaborates internally and leads her team of 25+ employees.

With online selling and shopping poised to continue their rapid growth, Sara’s team isn’t resting. They’re capitalizing on strong partnerships with third-party platforms, like DoorDash, UberEats and Instacart, helping them drive online beer awareness and providing solutions to help enhance the customer experience. These efforts are paying off, as Coors Light was the #1 searched beer on DoorDash in 2024.
